Schuyler Wheeler was the last of three children of Allen and Elizabeth Wheeler to be buried in Main Street Cemetery.
Allen, a civil war veteran, and Elizabeth were early settlers of Downers Grove and parents of ten children. The couple is buried in Oak Hill Cemetery in Downers Grove Township.
