Downtown Downers Grove was full of excitement last Thursday as the Downers Grove Historical Society hosted its annual History on Tap event. The lively pub crawl brought together local history enthusiasts for an evening of engaging trivia and community camaraderie.
Participants traveled between Ballydoyle’s, Cadence, Cellar Door, Orange & Brew, Wasabi, and Gatto’s—enjoying drinks and small bites at each location while uncovering trivia clues tied to Downers Grove’s rich past. The combination of local flavor and historical fun made for a lively, memorable night. The evening concluded with all participants gathering at Gatto’s, where guests enjoyed generous hospitality, great conversation, and a final round of camaraderie.
Thank you!
Thank you to all participating establishments, volunteers, and attendees who helped make this year’s History on Tap another tremendous success! We not only celebrate our community’s history but also strengthen the connections that make Downers Grove a great place to live.
