Built circa 1924, the Henry Kerschner House is an American Foursquare.  This home was Sears Kit Home “Cornell” model. This Sears model was originally sold starting at a price of $1,360 up to $1,785. The description of the Cornell model from the Sears Home Catalog reads:

“The Cornell is the house of sunshine. There is an abundance of light and air in every room.”
